The short puffy sleeves, draped effects at the front give a retro designer look to this dress. The long flowy silhouette is very chic and perfect for summer.
It is definitely one of my favorite styles of the season. It is the kind of dress that transforms your silhouette in a second and looks better on you than on the hanger. A must-have!
